Cherie focuses on the early detection of perceived cognitive change and memory loss providing information, education, and options for treatment, supporting both the patient and their family on their journey.
Aline’s focus is to help identify and understand what motivates and empowers each individual patient. Working together in a shared decision environment, Aline strives to help patients achieve wellness, but also seeks to be a partner in times of illness.
With an interest in preventative health, Eileen focuses on patient education. Working together, Eileen’s intention is to foster patients’ independence as they gain control over their own health and wellness.
