Dr. Raley no longer seeing patients as of 10/01/2023.
My Dear Friends and Patients,
The unstoppable circle of life is moving me forward. With a grateful heart for the relationships I have enjoyed during my 50+ years of practicing medicine, I am moving on to my next adventure.
While I will not go into full retirement, as of October 1, 2023, I will no longer be seeing patients in the clinic.
In planning for this inevitable transition, we have brought together an excellent team to seamlessly continue to provide care for you at ATX Primary Care. Aline Zeringue, APRN, has worked alongside of me for 16 years now and many of you have gotten to know and trust her. Mandy Mishra, APRN has been at the clinic for over 8 years and has had many more years prior experience in managing high-risk internal medicine cases. Eileen Costa, APRN, joined us 4 years ago, bringing extensive experience in cardiology care. Belinda Read, APRN, is our newest member and was a former student of Aline’s at UT Austin. All have shown sound clinical judgment and compassionate care that our patients expect and deserve. With their combined experience, I feel confident you are in good hands. I will assume a supervisory role and will be available for consultation.
If you choose to transfer your care to a different healthcare practice, we understand and respect your decision. Please inform us of your choice so that we can assist in transferring your medical records to the appropriate destination. You will be required to sign a records release and the cost associated is determined by Texas Medical Board rules and standards.
I simply cannot fully express how gratifying and wonderful it has been working with all of you. I am humbled that you have trusted me and our team with your medical care.
May God bless you and your families.
My Highest Regards,
Robert C. Raley, MD
